Very Berry Yoghurt & Muesli Cups has to be the most satisfying breakfast. The sweet berries combined with a crunchy muesli and creamy greek yoghurt is such a simple yet enjoyable meal to start your day with. They’re a super easy recipe to make and keep easily in the fridge for when you need something on the go.
Prepare a big batch of Homemade Muesli on the weekend and you will have enough for the whole week. The best part about homemade muesli is that you can swap and change it depending on what you feel like or have in the pantry. Soo easy!
Not only is this breakfast a delicious meal it is incredibly nutritious. The greek yoghurt and muesli is both high in protein and healthy fats while the berries provide a large range of important vitamins and minerals. A meal that can easily be enjoyed everyday.
If you would like to make these delicious cups ahead of time you can really save a lot of time and effort. We are certainly big fans of preparing once and eating it twice. Prepare the yoghurt and berries into appropriate serving sized jars and add in the muesli just before eating. This will keep the muesli nice and crunchy. Have the muesli in mini containers to make it that much easier.
Of course you can! Many people are unable to handle dairy products due to the lactose. If you do have a sensitive stomach to foods containing lactose (dairy products) you may actually find that greek yoghurt is ok for you. However, if that is not the case you can easily swap it with non-dairy variations such as coconut, oat, almond or cashew yoghurt.
