Being able to create your own pizza is, in my opinion, one of the most essential skills in the kitchen. Who doesn’t love a crispy, saucy, cheesy pizza after a long week?
Even though it can be really convenient and easy to go to your favourite pizza restaurant. There is nothing like making your own pizza base and being able to cover it with all of your favourite fresh ingredients (see my favourite Supreme Pizza here).
This pizza dough is super simple. You can get the kids involved or make it for your next pizza night with friends. Not only will love the idea of being able to make a pizza with all their favourite toppings but it’s a great way to get them involved in helping in the kitchen.
Whether you love the idea of pineapple or not on your pizza, give this pizza dough a try. Don’t forget to tell me about your creations in the comments below or tag me on Instagram!
