This classic chocolate mousse is such an intense chocolate yet light and fluffy dessert. It’s so easy and quick to make, you will be taking it to all of your next gatherings.
If you have a microwave, a spoon, a hand mixer and a mixing bowl you will have no problems with making this dessert. This recipe is literally fool proof and anyone can make it. No need for complicated or unknown ingredients- that means no need for raw eggs, gelatine or thickeners. Keep it simple and the combination of ingredients will make this mousse sing!
If you are lucky enough to have some leftovers for the next day, simply store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 48 hours. When wanting to serve again, take out of the fridge and enjoy.
