Mixed Berry Quark Parfait is the ultimate dinner party dessert. This classic German dessert is a sweet combination of mixed berries with a layer of creamy quark and dissolved brown sugar.
Every time Christmas comes around or their is a family BBQ, I am constantly asked for this recipe. It’s super simple to prepare, you just need a little bit of time for it all to settle. And everybody including the littlies will love this recipe.

Quark. is a protein rich milk product that is typical for Germany and can be found in almost every single supermarket. But if you living in a non European country, you may have some trouble finding it. Neverless, you can easily substitute the quark with some full fat Greek yoghurt. Mixed Berry Quark Parfait is super simple and requires less than 10 ingredients:
You can easily enjoy it on a warm summery afternoon or after a delicious homemade dinner. Even better is when there are leftovers for the next day. Just place any leftovers in an air tight container and eat within 1-2 days.
