These peanut satay chicken skewers have to be one of my favorite meals. Chicken marinated in peanut butter combined with a salty, lightly spiced coconut mixture doesn’t get much better than this. Add a drizzle of satay dipping sauce and you’ve probably never tasted anything more delicious. You will seriously be coming back for seconds and maybe even thirds.
Not only can they be enjoyed on a nice warm evening straight from the BBQ with your favourite salad, but they are also delicious with a good comforting veggie fried rice or baked vegetables on a cold drizzly night.
To make these Peanut Satay Chicken Skewers tasty, you will need to use the following ingredients.
Simply store any leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy for up to 3 days after making this dish. If you have a large amount of dipping sauce left over, you can put it in a plastic lunch bag and place it in the freezer until you make this dish again.
