Who thought that adding rice to your salad would be so life changing.
This has to be one of the best go to meals as it is super easy and quick to prepare as well as keeps you full for hours. Whenever I find myself short on time or know that I won’t be getting home late, I always have this delicious meal planned. Not only is it super simple but you are able to change it up depending on what you have in your fridge.
This meal is also great for lunch time as the extra boost of carbohydrates from the rice gives you the energy to get through your afternoon and stops you from raveging in the fridge at 3pm because you are starving from your usual boring lifeless salad.
