So I am going to be honest this focaccia is probably not the quickest of recipes to make but believe me, it is 100% worth it! As soon as I had the dough prepared, I was checking consistenly on how it was rising and wanting to just pop it in the oven so I could taste how amazing it was. Everyone in my house were all super interested to see how it would turn out. My patience was definitely tested but I waited and the end result was exactly what I wanted.
The garlic, rosmary, salty oil topping combined with the soft and fluffy texture of the bread makes it completely unresistable. I absolutely love it slightly toasted and warmed, covered with a small layer of butter, yumm! This bread can be easily enjoyed by itself or as a perfect side to a delicious salad or freshly prepared soup (we only really have soup to eat a tonne loads of bread, right?).
Give this a go, don’t be scared of how big the instructions are or think it may be too complicated because it really isnt.
